Due to the consumable nature of our products and to ensure the safety and integrity of every item we ship, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been shipped.

Kava and other consumable products are subject to strict health and safety standards. Once these items leave our facility, we cannot guarantee their quality if returned, and therefore cannot resell them. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of product safety for all our customers.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund for the affected item(s), in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
