Kavayn Shipping Policy


1. Shipping Availability and Restrictions

U.S. Shipping:

Kavayn ships kava-infused beverages, elixirs, and edibles to all U.S. states where such products are permitted by law.

State Restrictions: 

Certain states or localities may restrict the sale or shipment of kava-based products. Kavayn does not ship to any jurisdiction where kava is prohibited. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure kava products are legal in their area before ordering.

International Shipping:

At this time, Kavayn does not offer international shipping due to regulatory and customs restrictions on consumable plant-based products.

 


 

2. Order Processing and Shipping Times

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • Orders placed before 11am PST are shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 11am PST are shipped the next business day.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days for delivery, depending on the destination (shipping from the West Coast).
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and carrier performance.

 


 

3. Packaging and Product Integrity

Discreet and Secure Packaging:

  • All Kavayn products are shipped in tamper-evident, and food-grade packaging to ensure product safety.
  • Packaging is designed to prevent leaks, breakage, and contamination during transit.

 


 

4. Order Tracking

Shipping Confirmation:

  • Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
  • Tracking numbers become active within 24–48 hours .

 


 

5. Returns, Refunds, and Satisfaction Guarantee

All Sales Final:

Due to health and safety regulations, consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. All sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact Kavayn support within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photo evidence of the issue.

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the order is processed and shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless there is a product issue.
